Similar to the PC Audio Recorder and Spy Voice Recorder, users can record start at 8kHz and up to 48kHz. With the Voice Recorder Pro, you can also mark important recordings, sort them and share them. The app can also record duel audio tracks if needed.

You can download and install the voice recorder, and you can open it up. But, if you try using it, the voice recording will be blank. You have to pay to unlock the codec that makes the voice recorder fully functional. There is no free version of this app.
