Give your device an entirely new look

Themes for Android is a free personalization tool where users can find numerous wallpapers and themes that they can use to customize their devices. This app from The AppKnight features over 75 high-quality wallpapers with a variety of themes that range from abstract images to the lush greens of nature.

Themes for Android also features exclusive wallpapers and icon packs that you can purchase individually, much like in the Themes app. Take note, though, that icon packs will require you to install a separate launcher application in order to apply them to your device.

Choose from a large library of images

Whether you’re looking for a simple wallpaper or an intricate design, you can find numerous options available in Themes for Android to give your device an all-new look. To make your search much easier to do, the app has separated these images into different categories that you can scroll through. All of the wallpapers found in the app are available in HD resolution, as well.

In order to make their chosen themes even more unique, users have the ability to apply filters and add emoji stickers to their wallpapers. Applying the available themes and wallpapers is also incredibly easy to do. You just have to click on the dedicated button to set the image as your wallpaper, a contact photo, or even your WhatsApp profile picture.

As previously mentioned, though, the app does have app icon packs available to choose from but you will need to make use of another third-party launcher to use these icons. Another thing to take note of is the app’s abundance of pop-ups, which appear every time you navigate to a new page on the app, making it frustrating to use.

Not the best option

Compared to similar apps that offer themes and wallpapers for your device, Themes for Android isn’t exactly a star example. Although it does have promising features — such as a variety of categories and an easy application process for its wallpapers — the need for another application just to make use of the app icons makes it quite forgettable. Not to mention, the frequency of ads can turn off users, as well.
