A Russian – French and French – Russian Dictionary. This app contains a lot of articles about vocabulary and phrases. It is a dictionary offline, without internet, and it can be downloaded to your phone. The app can be installed to your phone memory. 

If you want to learn the language, it’s the best way to do it. You can use the dictionary when you have no internet connection.

You can add words and phrases to the Favorites list. If you want to see the words and phrases again, you can add them to the History list. You can delete words from the Favorites list or History list.
