Heroes of Might and Magic 2 (II) (DOS Player) is an Android version of the original DOS game. It is turn-based strategy game and is controlled by gestures.

The game consists of four different heroes with different abilities and units. The player can move only one unit at a time but can move multiple units per turn.

The gameplay takes place on a 2D map with the player having the ability to move from one map tile to the next. The map consists of a number of tiles that can be either empty or have an object in them.

Each tile can have up to six objects in it.

The gameplay is divided into a number of battles. During a battle, the player is shown a close-up view of the battle arena. The player is able to select a number of units to be moved from their current map tile to the battle arena. The number of units that can be selected depends on the number of objects in the battle arena.

Each battle consists of a number of rounds.

The player can move from one map tile to the next map tile during each round.

The player is able to select a unit to move to the next map tile during each round.
