Improve your search engine ranking

Search engine optimization is now the holy grail that every website aims for. But to get the best out of it, you’ll need to tweak around with your site a little bit.

Advanced Link Manager features many different components such as a Link Popularity Analyzer, a Link Tracker, Partner Finder and. It aims to find out who links to your site and what keywords they use so that you can better formulate content for SEO purposes. This is nothing that advanced statistical applications such as Google Analytics offer nowadays, but Advanced Link Manager can still be useful in delving deeper into link stats.

The main interface of Advanced Link Manager is terribly intimidating. The first thing you’re presented with is a tutorial, and I highly recommend viewing this. The interface in general is extremely cluttered and it’s almost impossible to work out where to start without taking the tutorial. The important thing to start with is that you have to create a new Advanced Link Manager project which means entering the exact domain of the website you are interested in. You then select the search engines you want the site to be optimized for and from there, things get a little easier as it guides you on the next steps.

Advanced Link Manager is not a particularly easy-to-use tool and the results it throws up aren’t easy to interpret at first. But if you’re willing to plow through the tutorial, you may get some joy from it.
