Fast paced warfare where you take your brave shrooms into battle
Mushroom Wars 2 is a very colorful and original game. It is difficult to master, but it has a very intuitive feel, which means you may win with a mixture of strategy, luck and instinct. Oversee thousands of units at once without ever feeling as if you have lost control of the game. Pit mushroom against mushroom to see who comes out on top.
An original game with an organic and fluid fighting mechanic
In Mushroom Wars 2, you have to direct brightly colored armies into a melee and watch them fight it out. Despite the fact that its premise is the same as every other strategic command and conquer game on the market, it is actually very different. Unlike many games, it looks disorganized and chaotic, but is actually very well ordered and intuitive. It has a very dynamic feel, which means you may apply tactics without having to rely on them. It also means you cannot win the game by simply piling troops onto your enemy. The fight balancing is very well done, which makes for a very vigorous and action packed game without it feeling as if you are losing control.
Grow your confidence and the world is your mushroom
With Mushroom Wars 2 there is a steep learning curve, but that is offset by the fact that you can occasionally pull the right moves and win by instinct. That is not to say that the game is random in any way, but it has a fluid nature that means the tide can turn in your direction if your enemy overworks his or her army or sits back for too long and allows you to gain a foothold. The core game play is very difficult to describe because it is unlike any other war game ever created, it is even uniquely different to the first Mushroom Wars. It is unlike any other strategic game you will ever play, which is reason enough for you to give this game a try.
