WorldPenScan: Scanning and Translating Tool for Phone and Tablet

WorldPenScan is a free Android application developed by Penpower Inc. that offers an efficient way of scanning and translating printed text. It works in conjunction with WorldPenScan X or WorldPenScan BT for optimal text input and translation performance. With BLE, the scanned data can be sent to phones/tablets instantly without the need for typing. The app recognizes languages such as Traditional Chinese, Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong), Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Spanish, among others. The app offers multiple language translations, providing users with direct access to the translations, examples, and pronunciation of the scanned words on different platforms. WorldPenScan X’s sentence translation function helps users understand the content and improve reading efficiency while reading foreign documents. It also features a voice record function to record voice data and built-in Chinese-English and Chinese-Japanese dictionaries for offline use. The app is compatible with Android 4.3 or later, requires 100MB of available internal storage, and Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) function.
