Wildfire CU is a free mobile banking app developed by Wildfire Credit Union for its clients. Users that bank with this financial institution can carry out essential online banking tasks remotely from their tablets and smartphones. These include checking balances, transferring funds, paying bills, and cashing checks.
Unlike iBank or iCompta, Wildfire CU doesn’t enable users to pool all their bank accounts onto a single dashboard. Instead, users can only manage the accounts they have with Wildfire. Also, this Wildfire mobile banking app might be replaced at some point. This is due to the fact that Wildfire has since released a newer digital banking app.
Who can use it?
This free banking app can only be used by clients who bank with Wildfire Credit Union, an equal housing lender that operates within the USA and is federally insured by the NCUA.
What can it do?
Like any mobile banking app, Wildfire CU enables users to log into their mobile banking account with a timestamp and a ‘remember username’ option. Once in, they can view a list of accounts, transfers, payments on hold, and notifications. They can then drill through account types (deposit/loan), names, and balances. Users can also edit their profiles and tweak app settings.

Some of the best features of the Wildfire mobile banking app are fingerprint authentication, quick check limit, account balance view, and screenshot uploads for payments (like stimulus checks).
