How to Copy Wikipedia Text
Wikipedia has been an invaluable resource for everything from scientific research to personal knowledge. The project is now in its 21st year, and has recently surpassed the 55 million page mark, with more than 6 million articles written in English and millions more in other languages.
Wikipedia is both a platform for free knowledge and a living encyclopedia, constantly evolving and developing as new information is added. You can edit any article, and make changes and edits to existing articles. You can also comment on, vote on, or create new articles.
With the WikiCopy extension, you can copy Wikipedia text as a regular text or to a clipboard for future reference without the bracket notes. You can copy text from other sites as well, as long as they have their own website copy function (like this one). Copy Wikipedia text to a new document, a new page, or even a new paragraph. You can also copy only a small portion of text, or the whole article if you’re interested.
