WebAccess for Business – Easy Access for Business Files

WebAccess for Business is an Android application designed for businesses to access their files on Buffalo TeraStation/LinkStation easily. With this app, you can view, upload, and download office files such as documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDF files from anywhere and at any time. You can also upload photos and movies of exhibitions or events to TeraStation/LinkStation in your office and quickly share the information with your colleagues.

This app has features which administrators can control, such as access control, device control, and function control. Folder access can be set for each device, and permission for each department or position can be assigned. Only registered devices can access the files, and access can be denied to blacklisted devices. Function control enables and disables functions for each device, such as access block to certain types of files. WebAccess for Business satisfies the demand of companies which want to manage information strictly. Profiles can be made for each division or office so that the installation of WebAccess for Business is much easier.

Please note that WebAccess for Business is only compatible with certain Buffalo LinkStation/TeraStation, which have to be set up from the Web Admin interface before using the app. Opening certain files, such as PDF files, requires a separate application to be downloaded and installed. SSL connection is not supported.
