Free lottery managing app

Western Canada Lottery Corporation has revamped its Lottery Manager app and renamed it Lotto Spot! It is the official app for the WCLC region of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. Lottery enthusiasts can use this to get all their information; it comes with a ticket checker, store locator, Jackpot notifications, game instructions, and prize breakdowns. Residents of the Prairie Provinces and Territories can check their tickets 23 hours a day right on this app!

What is Lotto Spot?

The Lotto Spot! app’s main draw is the scanner feature. Using your smartphone’s camera, it can scan your ticket to see if you’ve won. It accepts all draw-based, sports, and Zing tickets that were purchased in the WCLC region. Its the same lottery manager app that WCLC offered previously, but now comes with more features. The mobile app now helps you find the nearest lottery retailer, see the latest draw results, and browse your favorite lottery games.

Instructions for games such as the LOTTO MAX, LOTTO 6/49, and ALL IN jackpots are available here. In addition, you’ll see the total jackpot prize, prize breakdown, extra prize breakdown,  and main draw numbers.  You can receive real-time updates as long as you’re connected to the internet or using mobile data. In addition, the ticket checker feature is available from 5 am to 4 am Central Time or 4 am to  3 am Mountain Time. 

Use WCLC to your advantage; give the app access to your phone’s GPS so it can always locate the nearest ticketing service. It will display five different locations on a map similar to that of Google Maps. While it will not provide you directions, it will give you the branch name and address. You do not need to make an account to access all these features, simply confirm that you are 18 years old and above.
