Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War – Dark Crusade Review
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War – Dark Crusade developed by Relic Entertainment, is a second expansion pack to Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War, a real-time strategy game. Dark Crusade is set on the planet Kronus, where seven races are fighting for the colony’s control. The game is a campaign-based game and is divided into two parts: Global Battles and Real-time fights.
In Global Battles, each race starts the campaign on their main base and fights for Kronus, which is divided into 22 provinces. The player moves around the map by moving the figure of the race leader. The game has two resources: energy and influence, which are unlimited. The player also has to keep an eye on their squad’s morale, which goes down if the enemy uses certain types of weapons.
In Real-time fights, the game features multiplayer battles where players can choose their race and compete against other players. The game is engaging and well-designed, with an immersive storyline and challenging gameplay mechanics. Overall, Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War – Dark Crusade is a great expansion pack to the original game and is a must-play for fans of the series.
