Volkihar Knight – Vampire Armor Review

Volkihar Knight – Vampire Armor is a popular game mod that integrates several different aspects of the game into a complete package. One great thing about this mod is that it lets you play as a vampire, so you’ll definitely have a different experience than someone who plays as a human (as it was previously mentioned). The mod gives you the ability to craft several different types of armor, all based on the vampire Lord of the Undead himself. I’ll list here some of the three standard variations:

This type of armor comes in three variants, all of which are uniquely styled. One variant is the Bloodstone Mail, which provides a strong defense against slashing damage but has moderate stamina boosting benefits. The final variant, the Dragonscale Mail, provides a powerful offense but moderate defenses. All three variants have clearly different qualities and the difference between them is purely cosmetic. This would be my choice for a starter set.

There are many more vampire armor pieces available, like the Battlemage helm, the Fiendlord helmet, and the Spiked Brace. All of these items are made with the vanilla concept in mind, so you can expect them to look similar to the ones found in-game. I wouldn’t recommend using them as your main set pieces, however, because they’re not very good looking or balanced.
