Video Speed Control for chrome from Sevina

This a free, easy-to-use Chrome extension that lets you control HTML5 video playback speed. 

The add-on is compatible with all major browsers and web players. It is an add-on for the HTML5 video tag, and it is not a multimedia player. To use the tool, you need to open a webpage that contains HTML5 video elements. 

Then, you need to play the desired video element and open the toolbar popup UI. In the UI, you can set the playback speed. You can also reload the page to change the add-on’s settings.
