The Video Delay Instant Replay app lets you record your actions, so you can replay them later and get faster results. The app has a built-in slow-motion camera that lets you capture your movements at a slow pace. You can replay the recording, and adjust the speed of the replay to get the results you want.

When you’re recording, you can use the built-in mirror mode to see what you’re doing and get better results. The app has a built-in timer, so you can set the length of time you want to record. When you’re done, you can export the recording to your device and save it.

You can record your own actions and replay them later.  You can choose to record in one file, or split the recording into multiple files.
