Escape From vault Meat – A New Life For Sam
My review on Mimics Collection: SSE comes from the game’s developer Bethesda Softworks, the folks who created and developed this game. I don’t like the cut scenes, as they just take the player down a little too slow. They could use a bit more up time to show the things at the top of the screen, but they have it there and it doesn’t affect the game play much. The graphics are pretty good, not the greatest, but not bad. The voice acting is very good, and meshes well with the writing. The story is action-adventure at its best, and this game could have been made better with a little more content.
This inspired me to actually make my own personal save from right after character creation to play around with the Creation kit and try to get some of that wasted time to put to good use and feel that it would be much easier for people who really have problems with the English/German problems or prefer the more unique design of the face or this character. It comes with a save from right after character creation and another right before you enter the vault doors. Everything is created in the generator menu and nothing has to be resized or anything. If I were to make a critique, it would be that it might be hard to get to the bottom of the vault without losing all of your progress through the automated menus (although you can always fall back on them later). But other than that, it’s perfect for anyone who wants a unique character, created with their own head.
The game has enough originality that it will keep you going until you run out of things to do, but not so much that it will frustrate you to death. The enemies will always seem a little off-putting at first because they’re so cruel and unlikeable, but you’ll grow to love them as you kill them and see their remains. I personally don’t think the story is very original, but that’s really up to you. I’m also not sure if the endings are well-written, but I played the game for close to eight hours before reaching an ending and I’ve come to enjoy the game more than the story.
