Free horror mod for rhythm game
V.S Zardy – Foolhardy – FNF Mod is a crossover between Friday Night Funkin’ and Zardy’s Maze. The rules remain the same; align each arrow as it reaches the top of the screen. The only changes are the setting and antagonist — Zardy. Zardy is a heavy-metal singing, adorable scarecrow who challenges Boyfriend to a sing-off by the cornfield. There are still 3 difficulty settings to choose from, but this mod is designed to be extremely difficult even in the easiest setting.
Are you ready for Zardy Foolhardy?
The beatboxing continues in Zardy Mod, a mod for the music-themed game, Friday Night Funkin’. Instead of creating a new bonus week, the mod brings you directly to story mode and allows you to start the game immediately. You’re greeted with Zardy reprimanding Boyfriend and Girlfriend for trespassing his property. Livid, Zardy starts the battle. This means the game does not include the typical FNF warmup.
To match each floating arrow as closely as possible, use your WASD or arrow keys. Each round’s outcome will be determined by the meter at the bottom of the frame. The meter may be set on either the left or right hand. It will move to the left if you win, and it will move to the right if you lose. The meter can turn green or red depending on how well you’re doing.
According to one of the developers of V.S. Zardy, SwankyBox, this mod is harder than the V.S. WHITTY FULL WEEK and The Tricky Mod. He is fond of creating extremely challenging games, like Zardy’s Maze, so, he wanted to create one for FNF. Zardy’s music is inspired by another challenging rhythm game, Guitar Hero. Specifically, Guitar Hero 3’s Through Fire and Flames. It will take a lot of concentration and practice to finish this mod.
Hardest FNF mod yet
If you’ve finished V.S. WHITTY FULL WEEK and The Tricky Mod and you’re fond of heavy metal, then this mod is for you. It should be quite difficult to finish, but it’s definitely rewarding. The mod doesn’t make any changes to the gameplay, so you get to focus on practicing new songs. While Zardy is a non-canon FNF character, the addition of cut-scenes allows the mod to fit nicely into the current FNF timeline.
