Ulster Bank RI ClearSpend is a free Android app developed by National Westminster Bank PLC that provides a comprehensive solution for managing your Commercial Card account. With this app, you can easily monitor your spending in real-time, view transactions, set cardholder credit limits, and block merchant categories. The app also allows you to lock and unlock your employee’s card, receive transaction notifications, approve online purchases, and create departments to segregate spend.

The app is available for both administrators and cardholders and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. To register, simply download the app and click on the ‘Need to register’ option. However, it is important to note that the Business or Commercial Card account needs to be registered and activated before cardholder users can register. Ulster Bank RI ClearSpend is only available to eligible Ulster Bank RI Business and Commercial Card account customers with compatible Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
