UC Access: Quick Access to Blocked Articles and Papers

UC Access is a Chrome add-on developed by Alberto Di Biase. This free tool falls under the category of Browsers, specifically Add-ons & Tools. It is designed to provide quick access to the full text of blocked articles and papers using your UC account.

With UC Access, students and professors of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile can unlock the complete text of scientific papers and other documents. This extension offers the following features:

• Read articles from scientific journals without a subscription
• Access documents in their full text
• Download complete PDFs

UC Access works on all pages where the library has agreements, including scienceDirect, IEEEXplore, ACM Digital Library, and more (please refer to the complete list on SIBUC).
