In Twisted Lovestruck: Otome Romance Game, the player controls one of the main characters, a teacher at a mysterious school in the middle of the forest. At first, she seems like a normal person, but it becomes clear that there is something hidden beneath the surface.

At the school, the player will meet other charming characters, such as the principal, the teacher, and the students. They will also have their own stories, which you can learn about by talking to them.

Aside from the school, the player will also visit a nearby village, where they will be able to buy items, like food and drink, as well as some tools and other items that will be needed throughout the game.
