TVA-TVB, which stands for the Television of American-Japanese networks, is a broadcasting network in the United States and Canada. Founded in 2001, it is owned by American billionaire Joseph E. DiGenova and is headquartered in New York City. Its programming is primarily composed of American and Japanese television shows, as well as a small amount of international programming. In the United States, it is available on digital terrestrial transmitters in most major television markets, and its programming is also broadcast on several digital cable channels, including USA Network, E! Entertainment, Syfy, and Universal Networks. In Canada, it is available on the satellite TV provider, DIRECTV.
