Discover hidden treasures all over the world
Treasure Hunter Simulator is an exploration simulation game that allows you to travel to a number of different locations and find historical artifacts with unique stories and backgrounds. This game from DRAGO entertainment follows a first-person POV format that further immerses players in the gameplay.
Similar to other archaeology games such as Tomb Raider and Aztlan Uncovered, Treasure Hunter Simulator places you in extreme settings such as jungles and deserts. However, while the formerly mentioned games are more adventure-packed, this game has a more relaxed feel that’s ideal for casual players.
A large amount of content to explore
In this indie game, you will be able to explore up to 11 remote locations, with each one holding historical significance. You will have to make use of a metal detector to uncover more than 100 different artifacts, including 10 legendary ones. All of these treasures come in varying conditions. You can keep the items you discovered and also auction them off.
The gameplay is quite simple, but there are still several different mini-tasks and side quests for you to go through in order to move on to the next location. Treasure Hunter Simulator also makes use of high-quality graphics that add to the game’s realistic atmosphere. Much like in real life, you will also end up uncovering some unimportant items before you find rare artifacts.
Something to note, however, is that the game demands quite a bit concerning your device’s operating system. It requires a minimum of 10 GB of storage in order to download it. You will also need a 64-bit processor in order to run the game smoothly. There are also issues of the game crashing, regardless of the graphic settings you use.
Stunning graphics but needs polishing
Treasure Hunter Simulator isn’t quite perfect, but its gorgeous visuals and the wide variety of objects to discover easily outweigh the downsides. The demanding requirements for your operating system are forgivable given the stunning and immersive experience this game provides. It’s simple enough that casual players will be able to fully enjoy it, while still providing a challenge so you don’t breeze through the entire game too quickly.
