Live a trader’s life
Trader Life Simulator is a video game from DNA Army Gaming. As the name suggests, it simulates the life of a trader. Your goal is to build your success story by expanding your business into a booming enterprise.
Trader Life Simulator plays like any trading game. You will manage your shop, taking into account the supply and demand rule. Then, when you earn a profit, you will invest in other companies. However, it is difficult to work with the money system, and it also takes a while to understand the in-game economy. Moreover, even small mistakes can leave you bankrupt.
What is Trader Life Simulator?
In Trader Life Simulator, you play as an owner of a supermarket. Like a tycoon game, you start with a small one, where you only have 100 products you can sell. Of course, as you get customers and earn money, you can grow your business. You can invest your profits in other companies. With this, more money will roll in, and you can invest in more ventures.
As this is a business game, you will have to pay your employees without going into so much debt. You can take out a $1,000 loan from the bank to help you keep your store afloat when starting out. On top of trading, you will also have to keep yourself clean and well-fed. Besides your supermarket, you also have your home that you need to decorate with your hard-won earnings.
However, while it seems easy, understanding the mechanics of the game is actually difficult. There is no tutorial on how you play it. Things pop up on the screen every time you enter an area. Additionally, the in-game economy is not well-explained. Moreover, the money isn’t balanced at all. The game also lacks background music, making it unappealing. It also doesn’t help that the controls are a little wonky.
Should you play it?
Overall, Trader Life Simulator is not an overly great game. Sure, it is made to be what it is, a trading simulator. However, it doesn’t really give you a direction as to how you should play it. It also adds nothing new to the simulation game style. The content lacks interesting features. Moreover, there are some issues with controls as everything feels floaty.
