Great news! The TomTom Sports app can help you keep motivated and reach your fitness goals. The app allows you to track your fitness through a variety of different exercises, as well as analyze your health, check your trends, and get a motivational boost through a chat with your coach.

How does the app work?

You’ll start by adding a sport (you can choose between football, basketball, tennis, swimming, golf, running, cycling, and volleyball). You’ll then choose between four exercise modes: walking, running, riding, and skating, to get the best results. Once you complete a workout, you can add the exercise to your calendar.
