TN CM Helpline Citizen is an integrated public grievance and complaint handling system that will improve the service quality by reducing the time to get resolved and ensure compliance of the process with the provisions of the government. The system is based on a model that has been developed to handle public grievances in government organizations in India.

The system provides for quick and efficient handling of public grievances by centralizing the complaints, and ensuring that all the information required for a proper and complete resolution of the grievance is gathered and recorded. It also provides for a centralized call center to handle the complaints, and an automated, efficient, and effective process to resolve the complaints.
