TELUS Health MyPet: A Virtual Vet in Your Pocket

TELUS Health MyPet is a free-to-download app that allows you to consult a licensed veterinarian or a registered veterinary technician right from your phone. The app offers healthcare consults and wellbeing consults, which you can book and manage easily. You can also access notes from prior TELUS Health MyPet consults.

To get started, download the app and create a free account to register your pet(s). The app is supported on Android devices running on Android 10 and higher. You will need to be connected to the internet, and where possible, use Wi-Fi to avoid data charges for service outside Wi-Fi coverage.

Healthcare consults cost $95 and Wellbeing consults cost $40, plus applicable taxes. The app provides in-app receipts after your consult. Note that consult fees may be discounted from time to time, and TELUS Health MyPet reserves the right to modify pricing and promotions without notice.

TELUS Health MyPet is ideal for Canadians who require healthcare for their dog or cat outside regular veterinary business hours or need vet services when a regular family vet is not available. However, for medical emergencies, please contact your nearest Emergency Veterinary Hospital.
