When users click on links to access objects in the Microsoft Teams application, a fresh browser tab is opened. These launcher tabs remain open in the browser, cluttering the workspace. Teams and BlueJeans Closer solves this problem by closing these unwanted tabs once the Teams or BlueJeans application has launched.

This extension works with both Professional and Personal Teams installations, as well as with any link to Teams content, including links to tabs, individual files, and objects like WiKi pages or tasks. It also closes BlueJeans launcher tabs that are opened when a BlueJeans meeting is launched.

Teams and BlueJeans Closer can be easily disabled if the Teams Desktop application is not installed.
