Swachhalaya – A Social & Communication Android App for Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban)

Swachhalaya is a free Android app developed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. It is a social and communication app that aims to promote the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban). This app allows users to upload a “Selfie with Toilet” that has been constructed under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban).

The app is easy to use and requires users to select the State/District/City Name/Ward Name for which the constructed toilet photo needs to be uploaded. After filling in the necessary details like Name, Father/Husband Name, etc., users can capture a selfie with the toilet and upload it by clicking on the Submit Button. If the photo is uploaded successfully, a success popup message is displayed to the user.
