Create and send newsletters and serial emails

SuperMailer is now full Windows Vista compatible. In older versions than 4.30 on Windows Vista you must run SuperMailer with administrator rights by right clicking on the desktop icon and select “Run as administrator”. Only with administrator rights you can update SuperMailer to version 4.30. Solves problems with the reporting function if there are many recipients in the recipient list (out of memory problem). The function for importing recipients from databases works now correctly. Newsletter subscribes / unsubscribes can now be retrieved from Outlook mail folders without using a POP3 or IMAP account. Authentification by POP3 server will now be saved correctly. Importing data from Excel sheets are now quicker than before. You can now save the newsletter unsubscribe link in menu Project – Unsubscribe link. By inserting the placeholder [UnsubscribeLink] in the email text (HTML and plain text) the usage of the unsubscribe link is now simpler.

The creating and sending of emails to many recipients was and is no problem, but this emails have a big disadvantage: They are impersonally and can’t be equipped with special data of the recipient. SuperMailer changes this!

In this application you create your serial mails like in a word processor. The software enables you to create email as HTML or plaintext. The HTML part can be written in a integrated WYSIWYG editor. Insert placeholders into your message to replace this with recipient specific data while sending. Use attachments and personalized attachments.

With the tracking function (opening statistic, counting clicks on hyperlinks in you email), you can measure the success of you mailing campaign. With scripts free of charge, you can automate the management of your newsletter subscribtions / unsubscribtions. The script supports the recommend double opt in procedure.
