High-flying cowboy shooter game for PC

Sky Noon is a premium action game for PC by developer Lunar Rooster. It is a first-person shooter with a Western theme that will have players engage in a free-for-all shootout. It is a unique take on the Wild West that takes place in a fantasy setting in the sky.

Just like Red Dead Redemption II or Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, Sky Noon revolves around characters inspired by the cowboys as portrayed during the American Frontier. It focuses more on multiplayer gameplay across multiple game modes that can be played with friends of up to six players.

It’s high noon

In a nutshell, Sky Noon is a multiplayer cowboy shooter in the sky. In this reimagining of the Wild West, the world’s water reserves have all but dried up. Its denizens now look to the skies for an alternative source and have built technologies to help them create floating cities. Thus, the Floating Frontier is born, where factions are vying for control of its most precious commodity, h2O.

Sky Noon features multiple game modes, including a free-for-all Battle Royale, Team Deathmatch, and King of the Hill, with more coming in future updates. Select which one you like, and you can include up to six players in the match. Combat is high-flying with the help of Lassos to reel in enemies, Grappling Hooks for vertical maneuvers, and even Jump Pads to ascend or for quick escapes.

The game offers seven distinct levels, each with its own unique environment and layout. You also tailor matches to your liking with over 50 customization options, including turning on infinite ammo, adding random crates, and many more. Sadly, its servers have seen a steady decline in active players. Now, it’s difficult to look for random matches to join or other players to invite to your match.

Lone cowboy

Sky Noon is a pretty intriguing shooter that offers a fun and challenging combat experience with plenty of verticality and satisfying aerial shootouts. You’ll get various weapons to choose from and distinct locations for your showdowns. Sadly, its player base is not as active as it used to be. Nevertheless, if you can round up enough friends to play, this is worth checking out.
