Serko Mobile: The Ideal Travel Companion for Business

Serko Mobile is a free-to-use Travel and Expense Management app designed for businesses that use Serko Online or Serko Expense. This app provides travellers access to their complete travel itinerary and the ability to book and change trips (subject to permission). It also allows customers to capture and save receipts on the go for processing later via the Serko Expense desktop application.

Users can book domestic and trans-Tasman flights and hotels, view complete travel itinerary information online and offline, and check-in on mobile for Air NZ, Qantas, Virgin Australia and Jetstar. With the Serko Mobile Premium Edition, users can access the app’s unique Travel Concierge capability, which adds flight alerts, maps, real-time traffic information, City Safe data and various other information feeds that help to make business travel more streamlined.

The app also offers Bag Locator technology to track luggage (requires beacon not included) and allows travellers to share itineraries with colleagues and family. Itineraries and travel alerts can be delivered to a connected Apple Watch. However, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
