Separate Window: Derive an Arbitrary Area of a Page in a Separate Popup Window
Separate Window is a free Chrome add-on developed by Alek. It falls under the category of Browsers and is classified as an Add-ons & Tools subcategory. This program allows users to select any element on a webpage and display it in a separate popup window without needing to reload the page.
To use Separate Window, simply click on the extension icon and press the “Select” button. Then, place your cursor on the item you want to separate. You can increase the selection area by rotating the mouse wheel. Once you’ve made your selection, click the left mouse button, and the chosen area will be displayed in a separate window.
For future visits to the page, the previously selected item will be marked with an icon in the upper left corner. Clicking on the object will open it in a separate window. Additionally, Separate Window offers added features such as taking a snapshot of the selected window, saving it to bookmarks in the “Separate windows” folder, and providing a link to the window for easy access.
