A handy way of editing multiple blogs
Do you have a blog? If so, you may be interested in this handy Firefox extension: ScribeFire.
With ScribeFire you can write blog posts within the web browser, without having to login to your blogging platform. It has an attractive interface and all the features you would find in the standard online editor of your blogging system.
ScribeFire is very easy to use: all you have to do is press F8 or click the little icon in the bottom right corner to display the main editing window. You can have multiple posts open at the same time and switch from one to another with tabs. There are also buttons to learn more about monetizing your blog, promote your posts in popular social websites like Facebook and Digg, and tweak the extension’s settings.
ScribeFire supports several blogging platforms, including WordPress, Drupal, Movable Type, Blogger and Tumblr. Setting it up is not difficult at all. Simply enter the URL for your blog and ScribeFire will detect the system automatically. And as the extension can handle several blogs simultaneously, you can update them all from one single editor.
Web pages, images, and videos are very easy to embed with ScribeFire. And if you run out of inspiration, don’t worry: the extension saves everything you’ve typed into the editor, even after closing the browser.
ScribeFire is a handy, powerful alternative to standard online blogging editors.
