Share Your Computer’s Screen With Other Attend Anywhere Participants

You can share your computer’s screen with other Attend Anywhere participants during an Attend Anywhere Video Call. You can share the whole desktop or just individual application windows.

In the desktop sharing feature, the attendees can select individual windows in the application’s menu and drag them to their personal area on the shared desktop. If more than one window is selected, then the first one is shared with the most recent Attend Anywhere participant, and subsequent ones are shared with the next most recent Attend Anywhere participant, and so on.

On the other hand, the individual window sharing feature provides attendees with the ability to share one application’s window with each Attend Anywhere participant.
