The SAMSUNG Air Solution App is a free Android application designed to support Dealers, Contractors, and installers in the air conditioning industry for their field work. This app is the upgraded version of the DVM Mobile Application for SAMSUNG air conditioner officially. The app requires a login, and members who can log in to DVM Pro can use the same account. New members can create an account on the DVM PRO Web site.

The app has been enhanced based on feedback, and key features have been updated, including Marketing Information, Technical Information, News & Notice, Video Clips, Specification, and Unit Conversion. The app allows users to browse product detail specifications and compare them. It also offers various new features and information that allow for ease of pushing and sharing of information in the app. However, some features and modules are available for specific countries only.
