The free offline Russian dictionary application is an application for Russian vocabulary. The application has a small size but offers a huge amount of information. The app works offline, does not need to download any files, and can be used without any restriction. The dictionary offers you the following functions:

Search for words: the search function is based on a very large database of Russian words. You can use it as a dictionary or as a translator.

Pronounce speech: this function gives you the ability to pronounce a word for which you do not know the meaning. The app will tell you the definition and the usage of the word.
