You can use this app for running, walking, hiking, or any other kind of cardio activity. It is one of the best interval training apps. The goal is to get the body ready for a race or a fitness challenge by burning calories and building speed. There are different exercises and challenges for beginners, intermediate, and advanced users.
The exercises are customizable, and you can do them on the treadmill, outside, or on the beach. They can be done as an interval training session or as a full-blown run. There are 3 different types of exercises: sprint, walk, and jogging. Each one has a specific focus, and they all can be done with or without a workout track.
