Cut through rubber band with this game
RubberBand Cutting – ASMR is a single-player simulation game created Crazy Labs by TabTale. This game aims to provide your mind with the ultimate relaxation by infusing ASMR—autonomous sensory meridian response—to its gameplay. It will see players cut through rubber bands wrapped around various objects. The mechanics are that simple, but completing each round is satisfying. If only the game would not lag frequently and interrupt you with ads.
How do you play RubberBand Cutting – ASMR?
The mechanics of RubberBand Cutting – ASMR is simple. You need to cut through rubber bands wrapped around an object to complete a level. To start cutting, you need to draw the infinity figure shown on your screen. Drawing the figure fast will add speed to your knife as you cut. The game will have multiple levels, with increasing difficulty. The rubber bands will get thicker, and there will be puzzles that you need to solve along the way.
The game will then reward you with new knives as you complete more rounds. Each knife you unlocked will give you more speed and cutting ability. More than knives, you can also collect coins, which you can use to purchase in-app items and upgrades. The faster you cut, the more coins you can collect. There will also be bonus rounds, where you need to break piñatas to get more coins and rewards.
This game may be aimed to let you relax, but, with its execution, you will probably end up more stressed than before. The game, despite its simple premise, is hard to play. It is extremely laggy, which makes it harder to finish a level. It’s also a bit difficult to move the knife due to the unresponsive controls. What’s more, there are ad interruptions after every level, and sometimes, you need to watch an ad to collect your reward.
Not really relaxing
Despite having ASMR to its title, RubberBand Cutting – ASMR is anything but relaxing. Sure, the game has a simple premise that you would expect from a casual game. However, it frequently lags and can be very unresponsive. There are also tons of ads interrupting you as you play. If you are looking for a game to help you relax, this is not it.
