RICOH InfoPrint Manager: Print Securely from Your Android Device

RICOH InfoPrint Manager is a free app designed for corporate use, allowing employees and guests to print securely from their Android devices. The app requires installation and configuration of the InfoPrint Manager software solution on the organization’s network. Once installed, users can print natively from their Android devices to InfoPrint Manager enabled printers by selecting “Share,” “Open in..,” or “Complete Action Using” depending on the application. Users may be prompted for a username and password, and can choose their destination printer.

The InfoPrint Manager software solution is easy to install and compatible with virtually any Active Directory or LDAP network connected printer and print management system. With full integration to the corporate printing infrastructure and print management systems, small businesses to large multi-national enterprises can benefit from secure mobile printing. Please note that InfoPrint Manager is not designed for consumer home use.
