When residents live in apartments, they need to pay their rent, submit maintenance requests with photos, and communicate with their apartment community. With ResidentPortal, all of that is easy from your smartphone.

Residents are able to pay their rent with a single tap and receive rent reminder push notifications from their apartment community. In addition, they can submit maintenance requests with photos. 

Residents can also view their active maintenance orders, track the progress of their pending maintenance requests, and send their maintenance requests to their apartment community.

Payments

Residents can pay their rent in a single full balance payment. Rent is paid to the property, and will be adjusted if any changes occur. Payments are accepted online and in the app.
