Reality Hacker – A Tool For Simulation and Visualization of Colorblindness

Reality Hacker is a tool for simulation and visualization of colorblindness and color vision deficiencies. It can also simulate several other visual conditions that are difficult to see in the real world, such as mirror vision and stereovision.

Reality Hacker uses the computational properties of the VR/AR display system to simulate various visual conditions.  This means that the results can be applied to any VR/AR device, including Cardboard, Samsung Gear VR, Durovis Dive, or a variety of other head-mounted displays (HMDs).

Reality Hacker is a tool for experimental visualization of colorblindness. While it’s primarily designed for people who experience colorblindness or color vision deficiencies, it can also be used for viewing anaglyph 3D and anaglyph 3D movies, for people who use it for a variety of purposes.
