A new interface for Google Reader
Pure Reader is a handy Firefox add-on that gives a refreshing, elegant look to Google Reader, one of the most popular RSS readers out there.
If you’re anything like me, Google Reader is probably one of the first websites you visit every morning, just after arriving to work, while sipping a hot cup of coffee. It’s a great way to keep track of news and stay up to date about any topics you like. And now with Pure Reader it’s even a more pleasant activity.
Once you install Pure Reader on Firefox, Google Reader’s interface will immediately be updated. The new design looks cleaner and more elegant, devoting plenty of space for text and images, and focusing on what’s important – that is, the news you read.
Pure Reader looks very attractive and is a great add-on for all Google Reader fans, though it still has some details to iron out – such as folders taking up two lines in the folder list when there are unread elements, or the lack of tooltips to explain each icon on the top toolbar.
Make your RSS browsing in Google Reader more enjoyable with Pure Reader.
