Free mobile police simulator

Police Patrol Simulator is a free mobile simulation game developed by SkisSoft. As the name suggests, this game lets you play as a patrol cop. Here, you will drive around a large map and apprehend those who break the traffic laws.

Unlike other police games, however, there isn’t much action to see in Police Patrol Simulator. In fact, the game is more like a driving simulator since what you will do most of the time is driving around with your patrol car. Although, you will have various options when it comes to car customization and even game controls.

What can you do in the game?

In Police Patrol Simulator, you will play as a beat cop, whose job is to patrol the city and apprehend lawbreakers. As mentioned, the game differs from other cop games as it mostly entails driving. Here, you will have a vast map to explore, from the city to the mountains. Moreover, you will have a wide selection of police cars, provided that you unlock them with the money you earn.

Before starting your patrol, the game provides you with various playing options. You can decide whether to use tilt control, touch, or steering wheel for driving. Not only that, but you can also adjust the sensitivity of these controls using a slider. You can even choose the frame rate, although you can only choose between 30 and 60 fps. The game also lets you switch the camera view.

However, as noted, do not expect action-packed gameplay from Police Patrol Simulator. Instead of stopping robberies and other crimes, what you will do here is drive around to look for reckless drivers. Worse, there aren’t many drivers to apprehend. Also, a few minutes into the game and you will find the controls to be choppy. It comes with a delay, making it hard to drive, especially in curves.

Should you download the game?

Police Patrol Simulator offers simple gameplay, making it a good time killer. Moreover, it has various control options, so you can play it the way you want. However, it lacks action that most cop games offer. There isn’t much to do aside from driving and apprehending a few traffic lawbreaking. It does not have much replay value and can be a bit boring over time.
