When you watch a movie or play a game, you’re usually using the remote control to change the volume, and in some cases, you might be using the voice command. But there are times when you’d like to skip a beat or pause the game to take a photo, or to ask the app to change the lighting. And when you’re watching a TV show or playing a game, you’d like to sync the lighting with the beat of the music or the animation.
This is the case with Philips Hue Sync, an app for Philips Hue lights. It lets you change the brightness and color of the lights, making them match the content that’s being played on your TV screen.
Hue Sync works in a similar way to other Philips Hue apps. You can use the app to control the lights, or use it as a video player. And you can control the lights with the app or with the built-in buttons on your Philips Hue bridge.
To get the best experience with Philips Hue Sync, you’ll need a Philips Hue bridge.
