Perk Points in Fallout 4
This mod is created by TheLich and was one of the first perk point mods to be released for Fallout 4. It uses a new perk system that gives players a much greater variety of perks than any other perk point system. It is also a very user friendly perk point system because it has been designed so that anyone can make their own perk points and play the game with as many perks as they like. I was very skeptical about this mod when I first downloaded it, but I decided to give it a try after reading tons of great reviews on the Internet.
Fallout 4 PerkpointsPerLevel allows you to mix and match perks in much the same way that you would customize any other perk in vanilla Fallout. If you are going to use perks, you are going to want to mix and match your perk points according to the kind of character you are playing. For example, in my Courier character I tend to favor perks that increase healing and speed rather than doing damage, so I have Perk pt allocation all over the place. This perk system actually fits my character, and I don’t have to waste perk points on stuff that isn’t doing anything I need. It also allows me to spend perk points on items that will really help my character, instead of giving them to some vanilla Perk Point vendor.
I especially love Perkpoints PerLevel for leveling up. In the game, only certain Perks scale with level, so leveling up is a lot easier if you’re using a perk that has an unlocked level requirement. With Perkpoints Per Level you can unlock all the perks in the game with just a little work. I spent most of my perk points on items that increase my stats, since these are the ones that will really make my character more effective and efficient. One perk that really comes in handy is called “Gaining Momentum”, which helps me to sprint faster and get more energy as I level up. There are many more Perkpoints Per Level perks in the game, which means that you’ll need to do some research to find the ones that will benefit your play style the most.
