PCE.emu is a free open-source PC Engine/TurboGrafx-16 (PCE & TG16) emulator based on Mednafen with a minimalist UI and a focus on low audio/video latency. It supports a wide variety of devices from the original Xperia Play to modern devices like the Nvidia Shield and Pixel phones.

The app emulates the original PC Engine and TurboGrafx-16, with some improvements to the code to improve stability and performance on modern devices. The UI is minimalist and easy to use. The app supports FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, and Wav audio track formats, and configurable on-screen controls. It also supports Bluetooth and USB gamepad & keyboard support compatible with any HID device recognized by the OS like Xbox and PS4 controllers.
