Paychex Time Kiosk: A Convenient Time Clock App for Employers
The Paychex Time Kiosk app is a free Android-based program that enables Paychex Flex® Time clients to turn their device into a working time clock for their employees. With its user-friendly interface, employees can quickly and easily punch in/out, punch for lunches and breaks, and perform job transfers. The app also allows employees to request time off, view their schedule, and view/approve their time card. Furthermore, the app can function even without a cellular or Wi-Fi signal, making it convenient for employees working in remote areas.
Employers can also grant employees access to enter pay adjustments and enable an optional image-capture setting during the time of a punch. The app is designed to be used by administrators set up on the Paychex Flex Time, Paychex Flex Time Essentials, or Stratustime products.
