Free hands-on cooking game
Order Up To Go is a free fun cooking game that’s all about time management. In it, you will put your cooking skills—well, the virtual kind—to the test as you prepare a wide array of dishes for your customers. Everything is pretty hands-on, meaning you have to work on every aspect of the meal, from dicing the ingredients to sautéing them on the stove.
There are six different restaurants to unlock, each of them boasting unique menus you will eventually get your hands on. However, Order Up To Go’s fast-paced gameplay may daunt rookies who aren’t used to it.
Prepare delicious meals for customers
With funky graphics and an adrenaline rush-inducing play style, Order Up To Go is definitely a fun game that will keep users occupied for hours. It’s a bit similar to games like Overcooked, although without the multiplayer aspect. In it, you will manage a restaurant and strive to keep your customers happy; but, instead of just clicking around in the kitchen, you get to prepare the dishes yourself.
Once you have taken your customers’ orders, the cooking area will pop up on your screen. The order cards are at the top, smack right in the middle, and you can refer to each one to see which ingredients and steps the meals require. There are different steps to do, like dicing onions and tomatoes, grating cheese, sautéing ingredients in a pan, cooking soup, baking dishes, and more.
You will also be rated by how poorly or excellently you have done a step. For instance, if you flip the omelet way too quickly, you will be rated “Poor.” However, if you cook a dish well, you will be rated “Perfect.” Doing well on these tasks contributes to a higher coin yield at the end of each round. Though, for newbies, multitasking between meals can get super challenging.
Fun and fast-paced gameplay
Thanks to its multitasking and time management elements, Order Up To Go is surely a fun way to pass the time. With different customer orders and dishes to prepare, variety in the tasks you will have to accomplish is guaranteed. Make sure to get as many “Perfect” ratings as possible to achieve maximum earnings, too. Although, the fast-paced gameplay may not be for more casual players.
