Send notes to your loved one with this app

NoteIt is a social application developed by Vitor Bukovitz. Free to use, this app provides users with a way to send messages to their loved ones in the cutest way possible. This is because it allows the simultaneous and synchronous exchange of notes. You can draw and write anything on your phone and have it read immediately by the other person.

Unlike other messaging apps, however, NoteIt only allows you to link with one friend at a time. You cannot connect to a group. Moreover, while it has drawing tools, the selection is quite limited and is hard to use.

How do you use NoteIt?

Like other social media, getting started with NoteIt is as easy. Once installed, it prompts you to create an account with your preferred email and password. Then, you can start linking with another user by sharing your link code. To do so, tap the Share button and choose how to send the code. Alternatively, if someone invited you, enter the code in the provided box and tap the link button.

From there, you can start drawing your messages by clicking the + icon on the screen’s upper right corner. The app has drawing tools that you can use, including a marker, a highlighter, a pencil, and a lasso tool. However, it doesn’t have a text tool. You would have to write your text messages. Once done, click the Save button. Your message will be then sent to the other user.

The app says that it may take 15 minutes for new notes to appear. However, there are cases when the messages take longer than that. More than that, drawing is proving to be difficult. The tools are quite too few and hard to control. Finally, while you can see the notes sent to you, the app does not keep a copy of the notes you sent.

Should you use it?

Overall, NoteIt offers a unique and cute way to exchange messages, especially with your significant other. With this, you can draw and send notes to another user. However, while it is an interesting way to communicate, the app could use a few improvements. Its drawing tools are too few and are quite too hard to handle. Moreover, the notes often take ages to be sent.
