NHTS is an integrated child development service (ICDS) program of the Government of India that provides a package of services comprising supplementary nutrition, immunization, health check up, and referral services, pre-school non-formal education. The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, with the assistance of the National Health Mission, Government of India, and the ICDS program of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

The mobile-based application is proposed to enable the Anganwadi centers (AWCs) to enter the target and achievement data of the daily attendance, food distribution, child growth details, stock entry, infrastructure details, supplementary nutrition program, and Anganwadi information.
